Cottage cheese rolls for breakfast are delicate, airy products of Russian cuisine infused with the aroma of vanilla and light sweetness. Their roots trace back to traditional home recipes where cottage cheese was valued for its nutrition and softness. The rolls are slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while a light golden hue gives them special appeal. They are perfect for morning tea or as a cozy addition to a family breakfast. They can be served with jam, honey, or simply with a cup of hot tea. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible even to novice cooks, and the result consistently delights with its taste and aroma.
