Beat the sugar and butter in a mixer. Add the egg and continue beating until fully dissolved. Then add the cheese and fondant and beat a little more.
- Sugar: 200 g
- Butter: 220 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Philadelphia cheese: 55 g
- Chios mastic powder: 15 g

In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder and gradually add the mixture with butter until you get a smooth dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
- Wheat flour: 400 g
- Baking powder: 40 g

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Cut out cookies using molds and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
