Grate raw potatoes on a grater (better to use a coarse one - it saves time and prevents excess juice from being released).
- Potato: 4 pieces

Add oats, flour, eggs, and salt, and mix everything. Oats will add flavor and calories.
- Hercules: 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste

Place on a preheated skillet, fry in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. When placing in the skillet, roll out to a thickness of 3-5 mm. This way, the draniki will be completely crispy.
