Transfer the banana rings to a plate and continue making the sauce. Add caramel sauce and figs to the pan and simmer on low heat until slightly thickened for 1-2 minutes. Return the bananas to the pan and stew for 1 minute on the same low heat, constantly drizzling them with the sauce. Remove from heat. Cover the pan with a lid and let it sit.
