    Peel the ripe mangoes, remove the pits. Leave a couple of slices for decoration, and put the rest of the pulp in a blender and blend into a puree. Mix the yogurt and powdered sugar into the puree, and blend again. Scrape the seeds from the cardamom pods, crush the seeds with a rolling pin. Add the crushed seeds to the yogurt and mix well.
