Peel the ripe mangoes, remove the pits. Leave a couple of slices for decoration, and put the rest of the pulp in a blender and blend into a puree. Mix the yogurt and powdered sugar into the puree, and blend again. Scrape the seeds from the cardamom pods, crush the seeds with a rolling pin. Add the crushed seeds to the yogurt and mix well.
- Mango: 2 pieces
- Natural yoghurt: 300 g
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Cardamom pods: 2 pieces

Divide the yogurt into dessert cups, sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios on top. Decorate with mango slices. Cover the parfait with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight for convenience.
