Pour coconut milk into a pot. Add ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, and sugar. Place over medium heat and heat until boiling. Remove from heat and let steep covered for 5 minutes. Then strain the milk and return it to the heat.
- Coconut milk: 280 ml
- Ground cardamom: 0.2 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: 0.3 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Add a pinch of saffron to the milk. Gradually pour semolina into the hot milk while stirring. Cook on high heat for about 5 minutes until thickened. Stir the porridge vigorously to prevent it from burning and forming lumps.
