Banana cheese pancakes filled with boiled condensed milk are a refined combination of the softness of cottage cheese, the sweetness of bananas, and the rich caramel flavor of condensed milk. This dessert comes from European cuisine, where cheese pancakes traditionally hold an esteemed place among breakfasts and sweet treats. The addition of bananas makes them especially tender, while boiled condensed milk gives them a pleasant thick sweetness. During cooking, the pancakes turn into soft, golden circles with a creamy filling inside. They pair perfectly with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee and can also be the main decoration for a family breakfast or cozy evening. Additionally, they can be drizzled with regular condensed milk to enhance their sweet magic.
