Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, add flour and mix well (sugar can be omitted in sweet cottage cheese mass). Use a spoon soaked in water to scoop the cottage cheese mixture, roll it in flour on all sides, and shape it into a round or oval patty.

Fry the cheese pancakes in a heated pan with vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.
