Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Grease 12 muffin molds with vegetable oil and carefully place a piece of ham in each to form baskets. Add 1 tablespoon of grated cheese to each and crack 1 egg on top. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
