It is easier to prepare this dish than to pronounce its name: the combination of noodles, ham and cheese, of course, is full of calories, but scientists are increasingly inclined to believe that fats and carbohydrates can really help us cope with stress. Or you can replace fatty types of ham, for example, with boiled turkey, immediately dropping some of the calorie load. In addition, such a casserole is prepared no longer than scrambled eggs, it fits even into the morning timing and allows you to use up a soapy piece of cheese or the remains of yesterday's pasta. Boil the noodles in salted boiling water until cooked.
- Wide noodles: 200 g
