A bagel with smoked salmon and avocado is an exquisite combination of the rich flavor of fish, the creamy texture of avocado, and the freshness of vegetables. Although this sandwich resembles Western cuisine, it harmoniously fits into Japanese gastronomy due to its attention to flavor balance. Salmon, valued in Japan, adds a noble saltiness to the dish, while lemon juice enhances its softness. The crispy bagel contrasts with the delicate avocado spread, creating a rich gastronomic experience. Ideal as a morning delicacy or light lunch, it is easy to prepare and suits those who appreciate simplicity and elegance in food.
