Sweet omelet with caramelized apples is a refined combination of airy omelet and rich sweetness of caramelized fruits. This dessert hails from American cuisine, evoking cozy family breakfasts and exquisite restaurant treats. Apples sautéed in butter and caramel reveal their rich flavor, while the omelet adds a delicate texture to the dish. The addition of condensed milk and cream makes it even creamier and richer. It should be served hot to maintain the balance of softness and caramel crunchiness. This is the perfect choice for a leisurely morning or a cozy evening with a cup of fragrant tea.

1
Clean and slice 1 large red apple into thin slices.
- Red apples: 1 piece
2
In a 25 cm diameter pan, melt butter over medium heat. When the foam disappears, add sugar and stir until it completely melts (about 1 minute). Place apple slices in the sugar and fry on both sides until golden brown (5-8 minutes).
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
3
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt using a fork. Pour the egg mixture over the apples and cook for about 2 minutes, occasionally pushing the slightly browned edges of the omelet towards the center.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
4
When the omelet is almost ready, remaining slightly runny in the center, pour some thick cream in the middle and add 2 spoons of boiled condensed milk.
- Cream 35%: 2 tablespoons
- Boiled condensed milk: 2 tablespoons
5
Lift one side of the omelet with a plastic spatula and fold a third of it inside. Tilt the pan over the plate so the omelet slides off. When half of the omelet is on the plate, quickly flip the pan to roll the omelet into a tube. Divide the omelet into 2 portions and serve hot.
