Ham omelet is a classic dish of European cuisine, loved for its simplicity and rich flavor. Its origins can be found in traditional French and Italian breakfasts, where eggs were considered a symbol of the day's beginning. Fluffy, tender omelet infused with the aroma of fried ham has a soft texture and light saltiness, creating a harmonious taste. Corn oil adds lightness, allowing the ingredients to fully unfold. This omelet pairs perfectly with fresh bread or greens and can also serve as a base for more complex variations— with cheese, vegetables or herbs. It is great as a hearty breakfast, light dinner or nutritious snack throughout the day.
