Carrot syrniki are an amazing combination of the tenderness of cottage cheese and the sweetness of carrots, making this dish not only delicious but also healthy. This recipe comes from Russian cuisine, where syrniki have always been a favorite treat with tea. Carrots give them a slight sweetness and bright color, while butter and semolina add softness and airiness. Fried to a golden crust, they become appetizing and fragrant. Syrniki can be served with sour cream, jam or honey, creating a perfect breakfast or dessert dish. They are especially good for children as they contain healthy ingredients. The taste of these syrniki is tender, slightly sweet with a pleasant creamy note, making them a true cozy treat.
