Eggs with sweet potato

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and tomatoes.
- Sweet potato: 1 piece
- Onion: 0.5 head
- Pink tomatoes: 2 pieces

Fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the sweet potato and fry for another 6–10 minutes.

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and season with Provencal herbs.
