Stew the cherries with 40 grams of sugar until softened and a nice syrup is formed.
- Frozen cherries: 120 g

Remove from heat and set aside.

Melt 30 grams of chocolate with 20 grams of butter and mix.

In a deep bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

Add melted chocolate with butter.
