Blueberry Cheesecakes

Vanilla goes very well with cheesecakes: it slightly smooths out the sourness of the curd. But in this recipe, another sourness appears, a berry one, for which strawberries are responsible. Recipe from the menu of the Mo Friends Bar restaurant by chef Sergey Kuznetsov.

Mix cottage cheese, flour, egg, sugar, and vanilla essence in a bowl.
- Cottage cheese 9%: 440 g
- Wheat flour: 50 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 60 g
- Vanilla essence: 1 ml

Mix until homogeneous mass.

Roll the dough into balls, then press them with your palms to shape them into syrniki.

Place the pan on the fire and heat it well.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
- Vegetable oil: to taste

Fry the cheese pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Then send them to the oven for 8 minutes.

Place the cheese pancakes on a plate.

Cut berries for decorating syrniki.

- Blueberry: 20 g

Serve the sour cream and sliced berries separately.
