Avocado Lassi

Lassi is an Indian milkshake similar to our kefir okroshka. Milk, herbs or vegetables - and here they are, vigor and freshness. Avocado also adds a feeling of satiety. As if you ate a loaf of bread without making a single chewing movement. The pulp of a ripe avocado resembles slightly melted butter in consistency, and heavy cream in chemical composition. The only difference is that the fats in avocado are vegetable. Just as sharks have pilot fish as an obligatory bonus, so avocado is always paired with lemon or lime juice, which prevents the pulp from oxidizing. When oxidized, the pulp changes its pleasant greenish tint to an unappetizing brown.
