Pancakes with ryazhenka and potatoes

The dough is based on potatoes and ryazhenka, seasoned with onions and garlic. Fragrant pancakes that are good on their own and, for example, in combination with fish. Recipe by chef Vladislav Korpusov.

Cut the potatoes and onions into small pieces. Blend them together with the fermented baked milk and garlic.
- Potato: 300 g
- Onion: 50 g
- Ryazhenka: 200 ml
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Add egg, water, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Gradually add flour and continue stirring to avoid lumps.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Heat the pan over medium heat. Pour in a little batter and cook the pancakes for a couple of minutes on each side until golden.
