Guryev porridge with dried fruits

Mix blueberries with sugar and let sit for a few hours.
- Blueberry: 200 g
- Sugar: 100 g

Cook semolina porridge with cream and add vanilla.
- Semolina: 200 g
- Cream: 400 ml

Chop the dried fruits finely.
- Dried fruits: 100 g

Pour the milk into a wide pot and place it in an oven preheated to 160 degrees. Simmer until foam appears. Remove it with a slotted spoon and transfer to a flat dish. Prepare 4 more foams in the same way.
- Milk: 600 ml

Lay a layer of blueberries at the bottom of the pot. Then a layer of semolina. The next layer is dried fruits, then foam, and then again blueberries, and so on. Sprinkle the last layer of porridge with sugar to taste.
- Blueberry: 200 g
- Semolina: 200 g
- Dried fruits: 100 g
- Sugar: 100 g

Place the mold in the oven and cook until a caramel crust forms on the surface at 170 degrees. Remove the mold from the oven. Decorate the porridge with dried fruits.
