Pour 400 ml of water into a pot and place it on the heat. Pour coconut milk into the boiling water.

While the water and milk are boiling, roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Sprinkle them with salt - a pinch is needed.
- Pine nuts: 50 g
- Salt: to taste

Add rice to the boiling mixture of coconut milk and water. Cook for 7 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, then add a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of honey. Continue cooking on low heat, stirring.
- Long grain parboiled rice: 200 g
- Salt: to taste
- Honey: 2 tablespoons

If you want a thinner porridge, you need to add water and continue cooking. To check if the porridge is ready, you should taste the rice. It should take about 25 minutes to cook.

Once the rice is cooked, chia seeds can be added. Chia seeds absorb water quickly, so an additional 100 ml of water should be poured into the porridge. Stir the porridge with chia and add 20 grams of butter. Cover the porridge and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Chia seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Butter: 20 g
- Coconut milk: 400 ml

Try the porridge. Add sugar or honey, salt to taste. Serve the porridge in plates, garnish with strawberries and pine nuts, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
