Preheat the oven to 120 degrees while preparing the vegetables. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare and bake the vegetables. Cut the vegetables into equal strips. Coat in a mixture of oil, spices, and corn starch. Salt them. Lay them out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for an hour, turning occasionally. Before finishing, turn on the grill and bake until crispy.
