In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- Rice flour: 1.5 glass
- Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

In another bowl, whip the aquafaba until it resembles whipped eggs for 2-3 minutes. Mix all the liquid ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Aquafaba: to taste
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla: 0.5 teaspoon

Bake each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Once small holes and air bubbles form on the top of the pancake, carefully flip it.
