Sift the flour.
- Gluten free flour: 1 tablespoon

Whip the aquafaba with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until frothy.
- Aquafaba: 20 ml

Mix flour with olive oil, add aquafaba and mix well.

Gradually add milk with water, mixing everything with a mixer until the mixture is smooth.
- Cedar milk: 0.3 glass
- Water: 0.3 glass

Add syrup and mix everything well. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Agave syrup: 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom: to taste
- Salt: pinch
