Hemp porridge with coconut milk and seasonal berries

Mix hemp porridge and coconut milk. Pour in hot boiled water, whisk thoroughly, add salt and sugar to taste. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 8 minutes.
- Hemp seeds: 80 g
- Coconut milk: 80 ml
- Water: 500 ml
- Sugar: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Open the lid, stir with a whisk, and serve the porridge on plates.

Garnish with strawberries (or another seasonal berry) and mint.
