Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
- Zucchini: 220 g

Combine all ingredients (except sour cream) and gently mix.
- Wheat flour: 20 g
- Mayonnaise: 30 g
- Chicken egg: 0.5 piece
- Salt: 2 g

Manually shape three thick pancakes.

Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes on each side.
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml

Send the pancakes to the oven preheated to 180–200 degrees for 5 minutes.
