Low-calorie cottage cheese biscuit is a delicate and fragrant treat born from the traditions of Jewish cuisine, where the skill of working with simple ingredients turns into culinary art. This biscuit combines airiness from cottage cheese and eggs, light sweetness from cane sugar, and a delightful spicy aroma of cinnamon and vanillin. Its taste evokes warm home comfort, while the texture is soft with a slight graininess. It is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a light snack, providing pleasure without extra calories. The use of whole grain flour makes it more filling, while corn oil adds a subtle nutty note. This biscuit is easy to make but its flavor keeps you coming back for more.
