Rice milk porridge is one of the coziest and most traditional dishes of Russian cuisine, carefully preserving the warmth of the home hearth. Its history dates back to ancient times when milk porridges were a staple of a nutritious breakfast. The delicate creamy taste with a hint of cane sugar sweetness makes it perfect for morning awakening or evening comfort. It is easy to prepare: rice slowly simmers in milk, absorbing its softness, while butter gives it a velvety texture. Thanks to the multicooker, the porridge turns out airy and perfectly balanced.
