Layered triangles with spinach and feta are an exquisite appetizer inspired by Italian culinary traditions. The airy puff pastry creates a delicate crispy crust, while the filling of aromatic spinach and tangy feta gives the dish a rich flavor with a slight acidity. The perfect combination of textures makes these triangles a versatile treat: they are suitable for a cozy breakfast or a festive table. This recipe is valued for its simplicity and quick preparation – in just minutes, you can create an appetizing dish worthy of the best Italian trattorias. Serve them hot, slightly cooled, or even cold – their rich taste and subtle aroma will leave no one indifferent.
