We prepare the batter. For this, in a separate bowl, we mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. We combine the dry ingredients.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste

In another small bowl, crack an egg and pour in the milk. Whisk thoroughly. You can use a mixer if you have one.

We pour the eggs with milk into our dry mixture and whip everything again. The batter should be thick enough to coat rather than run off. To easily dip the sausages in the batter, we pour it into a tall glass.

Now we cut the sausages in half and skewer them. The tip of the skewer should stick out 1 centimeter from the back of the sausage. For frying, pour sunflower oil into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Dip the sausages in batter and fry them until golden, turning in the oil.
