Beetroot and potato slices with cream cheese

30 minutes
Beet and potato slices with cream cheese are a refined dish inspired by European cuisine, where simple ingredients transform into sophisticated gastronomic pleasure. The recipe's roots lie in the traditions of roasting root vegetables, giving them rich flavor and tender texture. Crispy and aromatic thin slices of beet and potato, baked to a golden crust, combine with soft cream cheese to create a harmony of creaminess and light sweetness from the vegetables. Enhanced with microgreens of radish and beet, they gain freshness and zest. This dish not only pleases the eye with its vibrant layers but also benefits the body due to its high concentration of vitamins and minerals. A wonderful option for a light dinner or an elegant appetizer that highlights the beauty of natural products.
