Pre-bake the chicken fillet in the oven. It should be bland. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Chicken fillet: 3 pieces

Take out the chicken fillet, place it in a bowl, and shred it with a fork into small pieces (do not cut!).

Add to the chicken fillet: eggs, flour, cheese, green onion, paprika, rosemary, garlic pepper, salt, ground black pepper.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Wheat flour: 30 g
- Mozzarella cheese: 175 g
- Green onions: 50 g
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Rosemary: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Mix everything thoroughly.

Place the breadcrumbs in a separate container.
- Breadcrumbs: 150 g

Form balls from the mixture obtained, trying to make them small, weighing 30-40 grams.
