Cottage cheese sticks with sesame are a delicate and aromatic pastry inspired by Russian culinary traditions. This recipe combines the creamy taste of cottage cheese with subtle savory notes of garlic and spices. The crispy sesame crust adds a nutty flavor and pleasant texture. These sticks are perfect for a cozy family tea time or as a light snack with soups and salads. Due to their simplicity in preparation, they quickly become a favorite treat for the whole family. They can be served as a standalone dish or complemented with sauces like sour cream or garlic sauce. They are good both fresh and after a few hours of baking when the flavor becomes even richer.
