We boil water in a small pot. After it boils, we turn off the heat and add the oats to rinse them.

We drain the water through a strainer and put the oats in a bowl.

In a blender (or manually with a fork), mash the bananas to a puree consistency. Add the resulting banana puree to the bowl with oats and mix until smooth.

Next, we check the density - if it's too thick, we add more bananas (or if we don't want it too banana-flavored, we can add boiled water), if it's too runny (this is assessed by whether we can form lumps from the mass), we add more oats.

Next, we let the resulting mass sit for 40-50 minutes. Meanwhile, we clean the peanuts from their shells and grind them with a rolling pin, also grinding walnuts (or other nuts).

We add the ground nuts to the oatmeal-banana mixture. Then, we chop the dates into small pieces with a knife. You can also grate an apple or chop something else to add to the mixture, depending on your taste. We mix our mixture with oatmeal, bananas, nuts, and dates.

We turn on the oven, let it preheat to about 180. Let the mixture sit for another 10 minutes.

Next, you can shape the cookies. You can use your hands or a spoon, as the dough sticks to your hands. Place them on a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the cookies will be ready!
