Dates with veal

Dates with veal is an unexpected combination of sweetness and rich meat flavor, inspired by Italy's gastronomic traditions. Italian cuisine is renowned for its ability to create harmony between different tastes, and this recipe is a vivid example. Tender dates soaked in sunshine contrast with the dense structure of smoked beef, while soft sheep cheese adds a creamy texture. Baking gives the dish an appetizing golden crust, and the honey glaze adds a light caramel note. This appetizer surprises and captivates, making it perfect for a festive table or a cozy evening with a glass of wine.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the pits from the dates (large ones are needed), and stuff them with cheese (soft sheep cheese or any other). If using hard cheeses, just place a small piece inside.
