Peel the zucchini and cut it into small strips. Slice the garlic. In a heated pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the garlic. After frying, remove the garlic. Add the chopped zucchini to the pan and fry while constantly stirring. Add salt and soy sauce, and fry a little more. Transfer the zucchini to a baking dish.
- Zucchini: 1 piece

Separate the mushroom caps from the stems. Wrap the caps in bacon and thread 3 onto skewers, seasoning with salt to taste. Place the skewers with mushrooms on a baking dish with zucchini and send to a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes; the juice from the mushrooms and bacon will drip onto the zucchini while baking, adding extra flavor and making the dish complete.
