Dissolve the yeast in 225 ml of warm water, add a pinch of salt, sugar, sifted flour, and knead the dough.
- Dry yeast: 2 teaspoons
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon

Grease a deep dish with olive oil, place the dough in it. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place.
