Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- Chicken fillet: 150 g

In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, pieces of chicken, salt and pepper to taste, add an egg and flour. Don't add too much flour, about half a glass, so you can shape the draniki and they won't spread.

Heat the pan and pour oil on it. Make the draniki, but it's better not to make them too thick so the chicken can cook both outside and inside. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
