Salted Nuts with Herbs by Jamie Oliver

15 minutes
Jamie Oliver's herbed salted nuts are a gourmet snack inspired by British culinary tradition. This recipe combines the crunchy texture of nuts with an aromatic bouquet of herbs and spicy chili notes. A mix of pecans, hazelnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, and cashews is roasted to a golden color, revealing their natural sweetness and depth of flavor. The addition of dried herbs—rosemary, thyme, and oregano—brings earthy spice, while sea salt and muscovado sugar create the perfect balance between sweet and salty. These nuts are ideal for pairing with a glass of wine or as a savory snack. They can be beautifully packaged and presented as a gastronomic gift that will delight any gourmet.
