To make apple sauce, you will need: apple juice (packaged), sugar, and balsamic vinegar. For 500 ml of sauce, you need 30 g of balsamic vinegar, 80 g of sugar, and apple juice. Mix all ingredients and boil to reduce the sugar by 2.5-3 times.
