Carrots need to be washed, peeled, and cut into large sticks.
- Carrot: 200 g

Next, mix the carrots with oil, salt, and spices. For me, this includes: ground pepper, dried Italian herbs, and paprika. You can experiment with spices, just don't overdo it.
