Cherk-don is a delicious Armenian roll that combines the freshness of vegetables, tenderness of chicken fillet, and the aromatic taste of mustard and mayonnaise sauce. This dish originates from Armenian cuisine where thin lavash is an essential part. The lavash gives the roll a crispy crust when fried, while the filling adds juiciness and rich flavor. Pickles add zest and tomatoes provide a slight acidity that balances the dish's taste. Cherk-don is perfect for snacking; it's convenient to take along or serve at friendly gatherings. Its simplicity makes it accessible for anyone wanting to enjoy Armenian culinary traditions.
