Garlic croutons with egg and sprats

Both finely grated egg and sour cream will make the sandwich with sprats softer and more delicate. You can even come up with a glass of wine for such a design.

Cut the bread into triangular slices no thicker than 8 mm and fry on both sides in olive oil.
- Rye bread: 4 pieces

Rub hot toasted bread on both sides with garlic and spread a little sour cream.
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Sour cream: 3 tablespoons

Boil the eggs hard, peel them, and grate the yolk and white separately. Spread the yolk on one half of the bread and the white on the other.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Top with 1 or 2 sprats, optionally add sliced cucumber rings and garnish with greens. It can be served warm or chilled.
