Clean the hearts from fat. Cut in half. Crush the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
- Chicken hearts: 500 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Parsley: 40 g

Heat oil in a pan, sauté half of the garlic until soft, but do not let it burn.
