Fried wild garlic in buttermilk

Separate the leaves from the stalks of the wild garlic, leave for another dish.
- Wild garlic: 240 g

Pour the buttermilk into a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Buttermilk: 2 glasss
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Coarse salt: 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper: 0.5 teaspoon

Coat the ramps in a flour mixture, then dip in buttermilk, and then back in the flour mixture.

Place the thermometer in a large pot. Pour in the oil (it should be 5 cm deep); heat the oil over medium heat to 180˚C.

Fry the cherry stems until golden for about 2 minutes.
