Preheat the oven. Cut the rolls lengthwise, but not all the way through. Open the rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Set aside.
- Hot dog bun: 4 pieces

Place a large skillet over high heat and sauté the minced meat and sliced sausages, stirring. Cook for 15 minutes, breaking up large clumps, then drain the fat.
- Ground beef: 350 g
- Italian sausage: 350 g

Stuff each bun with fried minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Pour marinara sauce over it. Slice the cheese thinly and place it on top. Season with salt and pepper and bake for about 7 minutes until the cheese is golden.
