White Bean Hummus

10 minutes
White bean hummus is a delicate and aromatic alternative to classic chickpea hummus. Jewish cuisine is famous for its diverse variations of appetizers, and this recipe is a great example of that. White beans give the hummus a velvety texture, while garlic, dill, and lemon juice create a harmonious balance of flavors: from citrus freshness to spicy notes. Olive oil and natural yogurt make the dip creamy and rich. It pairs perfectly with pita, crunchy chips, or fresh vegetables. This hummus can be served as an appetizer at festive tables or used as a sauce in sandwiches and wraps. Its simplicity in preparation and rich flavor make it an excellent choice for Mediterranean cuisine lovers.
