Cheddar Cheese, Parsley and Shallot Hamburger
4 servings
30 minutes
Cheddar cheese, parsley, and shallot hamburger is a true embodiment of American culinary tradition. Juicy beef and veal mince mixed in perfect proportions turns into tender patties that become golden and appetizing after frying. A thin slice of Cheddar melts on the hot patty, giving it a rich creamy-nutty flavor. Fragrant butter mixed with fresh parsley and shallots adds tenderness and sophistication to the buns. This hamburger is not just food but a true gastronomic ritual combining the richness of flavors and textures.
