Grilled mushroom burgers are the perfect combination of rich mushroom flavor and aromatic spices. This recipe is inspired by American cuisine but with an elegant emphasis on plant-based ingredients. Marinated in red wine, shallots, garlic, and thyme, the mushrooms gain a deep, rich flavor and juiciness. Grilled to a delicious golden crust, they become a magnificent alternative to traditional meat burgers. Served on soft buns with fresh vegetables, arugula, and soy mayonnaise, these burgers will provide you with an unforgettable gastronomic experience. They are perfect for a summer picnic or a cozy evening with friends, allowing you to enjoy the harmony of flavors and aromas in every bite.
