Put a pot of salted water on the fire. Once it boils, add the spinach and cook for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the carrot into strips. Place a pan on the heat, pour in oil, and fry the carrot until golden.

After 5-10 minutes, remove the spinach from heat, drain the water, and let the spinach dry.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

We take chicken fillet and beat it well to make thin layers. We sprinkle salt, sugar, and paprika to taste on the beaten fillet.

We take the mold. If it's silicone, there's no need to grease it with oil. First, we lay the bacon so that the bottom and sides are covered and can be folded over. Then we place the beaten fillet with the seasoned side down on top of it. We sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika on top. Then we add carrots, then spinach, then cheese. We continue this until filled.
